At ground level, you'll find restaurants, cafés and a cultural venue. Offices are located on floors 2 through 10. Above that, rental apartments take shape, with 127 owner-occupied homes crowning the tower — from the 25th to the 37th floor — offering sweeping views of Rotterdam's skyline.

The iconic entrance hosts a variety of hospitality venues — perfect for coffee, lunch or drinks with colleagues, friends or family.
